I have found from my clinical experience in working with chronic conditions that can take many years for symptoms to develop, 3 months is a realistic timeframe to get the results you want, whilst providing you support and accountability. To dig deep into what may be driving your symptoms. To run any testing we feel is appropriate to your case, address any nutrient gaps, and correct imbalances within the body.
